Scouting Report

  • Overall: Probably the most complete team we have seen to date. Can they live up to the hype and take a top 3 ranking?
  • Bowling: Bowling is their weakest sport - but Gary should make them respectable by himself.
  • Softball Homerun Derby: Some big time hitters on this team. All four have excellent power. Truly bomb's away time!
  • Basketball Sure Shot:
  • Golf: Good golfing team. Three guys that really know how to play the game. Gary could contribute with a few putts!
  • Texas Hold'em: Norfolk and Chance has a CHANCE to be a good Hold'em team. But we shall see!

    Gary Kelch
  • Overall: Very solid Getaway Gamer. Bowling and Softball are his bread and butter.
  • Bowling: His 200+ average should keep Norfolk and Chance near the top of the bowling leader board. Finished 2nd in Pekin 2007.
  • Softball Homerun Derby: Gary can hit with the best of them. 180-200 consistently! Look for a lot of points from Gary here.
  • Basketball Sure Shot: He is the definition of mid-range. If he improves this number he may compete for MVG.
  • Golf: Not the best on the golf course but knows what a club is.
  • Texas Hold'em: Plays some cards and is not afraid to go all-in.

  • Jeff Rogers
  • Overall: Jeff is the athlete of Norfolk and Chance. He can do it all and won the MVP in Pekin 2007!
  • Bowling: If anything is his weakness - it is bowling. But when we say weakness for Jeff - it means a 170 average!
  • Softball Homerun Derby: Jeff can smoke the ball and might make the 220 marker look like a little league fence.
  • Basketball Sure Shot: Does not miss from inside half court. Could break the 5 pointer record!
  • Golf: Solid golfer. Has not spent any time on the pro tour yet - but is it in his future?
  • Texas Hold'em: Will be a middle of the pack card player.

  • Jeff Theleritis
  • Overall: Jeff has no weaknesses. A key part to Norfolk and Chance competing near the top.
  • Bowling: Can keep it out of the gutter but will not be found in the top 10.
  • Softball Homerun Derby: Has some pop. No Ryan Howard but no David Eckstein either.
  • Basketball Sure Shot: Has a nice lookin shot and should contribute nicely.
  • Golf: One of the best golfers on the team. The team goes as he goes on the links.
  • Texas Hold'em: Has been compared to the likes of Phil Ivey and Phil Helmuth. Expects to be at the final table.

  • Tom Theleritis
  • Overall: Tom, like the rest of his team, is solid at everything.
  • Bowling: Nice straight ball that can knock down a few pins.
  • Softball Homerun Derby: Has good power and will knock a few out.
  • Basketball Sure Shot: Good but not great shooter.
  • Golf: Excellent golfer.
  • Texas Hold'em: Knows when to hold'em and knows when to fold'em.

  • Ted Barr
  • Overall: Above average athlete. Basketball and home run derby will be strengths. Decent golfer also.
  • Bowling: Will knock some pins down. Will be his weakest sport.
  • Softball Homerun Derby: Will score quite a few points here and will hit a few bombs too!
  • Basketball Sure Shot: Best shooter on the team. Can shoot the rock.
  • Golf: Decent golfer. They will use several of his shots.
  • Texas Hold'em: Does not play a lot, but knows what he's doing.

  • Kyndall Zander
  • Overall: Good athlete. Bowling, softball, holdem and golf are all strengths!
  • Bowling: Averages a 190-200. Good bowler!
  • Softball Homerun Derby: Can hit the 16 incher and will score some points here.
  • Basketball Sure Shot: Decent shooter.
  • Golf: Excellent golfer and Norfolk and Chance will use 75% of his shots.
  • Texas Hold'em: Avid card player. Expects nothing less than first place.

  • Jim Fisher
  • Overall: Above average athlete.
  • Bowling: Average bowler with 140-170 mark.
  • Softball Homerun Derby: He will score some points here.
  • Basketball Sure Shot: Good shooter and is probably his best sport
  • Golf: Average golfer but will get a few shots used.
  • Texas Hold'em: Very good at cards.
