Pekin Event - Still Open Registration
The 1st ever Getaway Games event in Pekin is just 1 month away on June 16th. The area is now buzzing about this event. Registration is still open so get your team in now! It's time! Registration options are listed below:
- Register online (easiest and quickest)
- Print out the registration form and send it via mail
- If you know a Getaway Games representative - get the registration form to that person somehow.

WEEK Interview on Thursday at 9:30 PM CST
Getaway Games is fortunate enough to get a spot on the "News 25 @ 9 on My 59" show at 9:30 PM CST. It's on the My59 channel. Mike Dimmick will be interviewing our founders about the upcoming events and the direction of Getaway Games. Don't miss it!
Website Scouting Reports The scouting reports have begun for the Pekin Event. If you have signed up - you NEED to fill out a scouting report. It takes 5 minutes and it will really help us in rating the teams and players. All you need to do is login with your TeamID and Password and answer a few questions about your team. Simple! Soon you will all see the projected rankings for all of the sports for Pekin. The few teams that have filled theirs out already have loved it so far!!!If you have questions about the Scouting Report process just email us at events@getawaygames.net
Bloomington/Normal Early Registration Open The Bloomington/Normal Event Early Registration is now open. The event is August 4th and with early entry you can save your team $100. I know a bunch of you that can't make Pekin want to get into Bloomington. Well, get your team rounded up and register for the event. Get it ON THE CALENDAR!!! This should be a hot event. If you know anyone from B/N area that might be interested please forward on the information.
